In order to achieve this, we shall:

2. Select and engage the services of dedicated and qualified personnel with necessary steps taken to continually improve their expertise, skills and competences to enhance the quality of our products/services.

3. Ensure prompt and safe delivery of our products/services.

4.Ensure the use of customer feedback and implementation of corrective actions to continually improve the quality of our products/services.

5. Implement and maintain a Quality Management System in line with the requirements of the NIS ISO 9001:2015 standard as may be amended from time to time.
